Copyright issues not withstanding, it is simply good manners to credit a person whose work you have copied or published.

The following are suggested formats for citing material copied from this web site.  Please place either of these cites prominently on the web page or printed page you are using the material on.  I would also appreciate it if you would ;et me know that you are using my material, and send me the URL of your site or a copy of your document.


Formal Cite

As an example:
